Is all the jewelry real? No, Not everything. We carry Grade A costume and sterling pieces.

Do the sterling pieces have 925 stamped? Yes, that is how we tell costume from the sterling.

Do you have men accessories? Yes

Are you mobile? We are mobile however, there is a $10 fee for us to come to you or meet you.

Do you provide personal shopping? Yes, the fee for personal shopping is $20 per hour.

Do you have children’s accessories? Yes.

Do Adorn V Seven accept deposits for items/orders? Yes, you can pay a deposit of 50% of the item(s) cost. Which the order will be on hold for 14 days. Should you decide not to continue with the purchase before the 14 days are up, you will receive a full refund. Note: if your order is not paid in full by the end of the 14th day, 50% of your initial deposit will be deducted as a courtesy to Adorn V Seven for item(s) held.

Do you ship? Yes. We ship via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL. All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Do you ship globally? Yes.

*We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Note: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not included with return time.

What is your return policy? All sales are final.

Should you find you are not happy with your purchase due to one of following: defective, broken, or the wrong item was shipped, please return the item(s) within 3 business days of the delivery date. If an issue is found with your order that was made of our behalf, please contact us via email: contact@adorn5seven.com You will receive a response within 24 hours of your email.

*For the good faith of hygiene: earrings, swimwear and underclothes cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

*Items brought during Birthday/Anniversary Sale, Blowout Sales, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday cannot be exchanged or returned.

We recommend you inspect your item(s) thoroughly upon receipt.

*All items are inspected and photographed for both your and our protection.

Can I return my fur slides? We do not accept fur slides back for returns OR exchange.

Do you give refunds? Refunds are given as an Adorn 5 Seven store credit ONLY. For a store credit to be given, the returned item(s) must be in its original purchase condition, including the original packaging the item was received and all accessories. Any item(s) you received with tags attached must be returned with the tags intact.

Is there a restocking fee? Yes, there is a 20% fee for all restocks. This fee will be deducted from your credit balance.

What is the delivery failure policy? Any packages returned for delivery failure, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, delivery refusal or failure to pick delivery up from local post office or designated holding location, a store credit will be issued for the purchase, minus original shipping and return cost and a 20% restocking fee.

Do you take pre-orders? Yes.

What is the turnaround time for pre-orders? An order will not take any longer than 10-15 days for both processing and delivery.

What is the turnaround time for production and delivery? The fur slides are handmade and made to order. There is an 8-10 business days turnaround for production. Once production has been completed, the order will be shipped out the next business day.

Are the slides true to size? Yes.

I am between sizes; do you have half sizes? No, we do not offer half sizes. Should you require a half size, we suggest going up a full size in your slides. (Example. You wear a 7 1/2, you should order an 8)

I ordered the wrong size. I can I return for the correct size? Due to the fur slides being made to order, we can/will not accept returns for incorrect sizing.

What if I want a different color or design, how would I place that order? Should you desire a different color or design, once you have placed your slides in the cart, scroll below to our note section. There you can tell us exactly what you are looking for.

Are the clothes true to size? Yes, for the most part. We have a team that sample the items before they are posted to the site. That way we can tell how the material feels and the fit. If we feel an item may fit a little snug than its normal size, we will then suggest sizing up. This tip will be in the description section of the product page.
